Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
The receptionist is responsible for receiving clients and answering the switchboard in a friendly and professional manner.
Specific Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
- Computer Literacy in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a receptionist or in office administration
- Ability to multi-task and handle several issues simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Telephone Etiquette skills is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of urgency

Grade 12 / Matric
